Last week, our school had a visit from the zoo. We learned about different animals and their habitats. We also got to see some of the zoo’s resident animals up close. The best part of the day was when we got to go into the zoo’s library and pick out a book to take home with us.
Each student was able to pick out a book ticket, which allowed us to choose any book we wanted. I was so excited to find a book about monkeys, one of my favorite animals. I can’t wait to go back and visit the zoo again soon!
