LaRedoute UK is a French multi-channel retailer that was established in 1837 by Joseph Pollet.

Having more than 7 million unique visitors per month, La Redoute’s e-commerce website, www.laredoute.com, is the top-ranked French site for apparel and home decor. Company operates in 26 countries and has more than 10 million customers who are active on a regular basis.

La Redoute was formerly a subsidiary of Redcats Group (formerly LaRedoute Group), which has been a part of Kering Group (formerly Pinault-Printemps-Redoute or PPR) since 1994. In June 2014, the company was sold to its current owners, Nathalie Balla and Eric Courteille.

La Redoute was established in 1837 when Joseph Pollet, the son of a rural family, relocated to Roubaix, the capital of France’s wool region, to start a business. He established the world’s first worsted spinning operation in this location, inventing a number of processes in the process. His son, Charles, carried on the family tradition by establishing a factory on a plot of land between the rue de Blanchemaille and the rue de La Redoute in 1873. After deciding to name the company Filatures de La Redoute (Spinners of La Redoute) after the name of the street in [Roubaix] where it was located, he began operating the company.

The boys attended the prestigious ‘Massimo D’Azeglio’ high school, which was known for its emphasis on classical education. They had a good education, but the eldest was only 17 years old at the time. This laid the groundwork for the club’s moniker. The name ‘Juventus’ is derived from the Latin word for youth.

Because EA Sports is unable to use the team’s official name, Juventus, they have had to come up with a fictitious moniker for the Serie A powerhouse. The name Piemonte Calcio literally translates as ‘Piemonte Football,’ and it was chosen to honour the region of Italy where Juventus Football Club is based.

Football Club Juventus, originally known as Sport-Club Juventus, was founded in late 1897 by students from the Massimo d’Azeglio Lyceum school in Turin, among them the brothers Eugenio and Enrico Canfari. The club was renamed Foot-Ball Club Juventus two years later.

To represent the 30 league titles they have won, Juventus FC has three stars above their crest on the right side of their shirt. Aside from that, the Scudetto and the Coccarda, which are currently worn by the current holders of the Serie A and Coppa Italia titles, are also visible in the image.

Cotton Mix Polo Shirt with Short Sleeves and Small Logo

A popular fabric for polo shirts, pique is a knitted weave that has a raised and patterned texture that appears raised and patterned. 100% cotton polos are often considered to be the most formal polo, and they tend to appear more expensive than other blends of cotton and other materials.

Cotton garments are made from natural fibres and are soft to the touch, comfortable to wear, and long-lasting. They also conform well to the body. Cotton fibres are naturally dyed, and as a result, they can fade over time. Additionally, because 100 percent cotton polo shirts are made of natural fibres, you may experience some shrinkage after washing.

As the pique knit increases in size, so does its ability to keep you cool and dry. While jersey polos are often considered to be the more casual option, they are also a better choice for professions that require a lot of physical activity as well as warmer climates because they are lighter weight, wrinkle less, and stretch more than other types of clothing.

A polo shirt has a soft welted collar and cuffs, and the collar can be turned up to keep the sun off the wearer’s neck. It also has a slightly longer tail to keep the shirt tucked in, and there is no breast pocket. In most cases, they’re made of knitted 100 percent cotton, often in a piqué knit, and are intended for indoor use.
