Simply put, we are the mobile network that is owned and operated by you, our members. And, to be honest, we’re big fans of simplicity. That is why we do not enter into contracts. We believe you should remain with us because you want to, rather than because you are required to do so.
Consider taking a look at our manifesto to learn more about what motivates us to get out of bed in the morning.
Back in 2008, a brilliant young man by the name of Gav Thompson realised that there was a better way to do mobile. He believed that a network could be operated without the use of call centres or high-street stores. And that it could be powered by members rather than customers, who would be rewarded for contributing to the good of the group as a whole.
It is from this location that the name Giffgaff UK derives. It is derived from a Scots phrase that means “mutual giving.” And it is this sense of belonging that permeates everything that we do.
From the beginning, we set out to be a little different, and this extends to the products and services we provide. As with any good community, you get something in return for your efforts and contributions.
As you’ve probably gathered by now, we’re big on community, and it’s one of the things that distinguishes us as the run by you network. Members can express themselves and assist others in our forums, propose new ideas in Labs, and create videos and guides for publication on our website. Like all good communities, we believe in communicating clearly and honestly while remaining flexible enough to accommodate the needs of all members.
Now it’s time to get down to business. Because we operate on the O2 network, we have standard 4G coverage. When travelling within the European Union, your phone will function exactly as it does at home, assuming you have brought along your travel adapter with you. Do you have any other questions? Inquire with them in the community or go directly to them for assistance.
Phew, that was a relief. Now for the important part.
iPhone 12 mini 5G
A series of smartphones designed, developed, and marketed by Apple Inc., the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini (also stylized and marketed as iPhone 12 mini) are among the most recent models in the company’s iPhone series. This year’s iPhones are the fourteenth-generation “affordable flagship” models, succeeding the iPhone 11 in the lineup. They were unveiled on October 13, 2020, at a virtual Apple Special Event at Apple Park in Cupertino, California, alongside the “premium flagship” iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, which were also unveiled at the same event. Pre-orders for the iPhone 12 began on October 16, 2020, and the device became generally available on October 23, 2020, in the majority of countries. Beginning on November 6, 2020, pre-orders for the iPhone 12 Mini will be accepted, with the device becoming available on November 13, 2020.
Major improvements over the iPhone 11 include the addition of a Super Retina XDR OLED display, which replaces Liquid Retina LED-backlit LCD IPS panels found on the iPhone 11 and XR, 5G support, the introduction of MagSafe, the Apple A14 Bionic system on a chip (SoC), high-dynamic range video Dolby Vision 4K up to 30 frames per second, and a new Mini model, among other things.
iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, and iPhone 12 Pro, as well as iPhone 12 Pro Max, are the first iPhone models from Apple to no longer include a power adapter or EarPods headphones, which were previously included with previous iPhone models. Instead, a USB-C to Lightning cable is included, and this change was applied retroactively to other iPhone models sold by Apple, including the iPhone XR, iPhone 11, and the second-generation iPhone SE.

iPhone 13 5G
Apple, Inc. has released the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini (also stylized as iPhone 13 mini), which are both smartphones that were developed, marketed, and sold by the company. They are the iPhones from the fifteenth generation (succeeding the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini). Those devices were unveiled on September 14, 2021, at an Apple Event in Cupertino, California, alongside the more expensive iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max flagships, which were also unveiled that day. Pre-orders for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini began on September 17, 2021, and the devices will be available for purchase on September 17, 2021. They became available on September 24, 2021, according to the company.
Similar to the iPhone 12, the iPhone 13 Mini, the iPhone 13, the 13 Pro, and the 13 Pro Max are capable of connecting to 5G wireless networks, as are Apple’s other latest smartphones. Therefore, if your carrier offers 5G coverage in your area of residence or employment, you should experience faster download speeds and a more reliable connection.

In the face of increasing phone size over the years, Apple has taken the opposite approach, announcing a new, smaller iPhone for release in 2021. The iPhone 13 Mini, which costs $699 (£679, AU$1,199) and has a 5.4-inch screen, is the most affordable device in Apple’s iPhone 13 lineup. It is similar in size to last year’s iPhone 12 Mini, which cost $679.
This year’s iPhone 13 mini is the most powerful small phone that Apple has ever made. It comes with excellent cameras and long battery life, as well as 128GB of storage to get things started and class-leading performance.
The iPhone 13 mini, which was released by Apple last summer, may have been the last “mini” iPhone that we will see in our lifetimes, according to some analysts.
Apple claims that the iPhone 13 and 13 Mini are splash, water, and dust resistant in laboratory conditions and that they can withstand immersion in water up to a depth of 6 metres for up to 30 minutes.
