They launched Tikiboo Ltd. in May 2014, when Faye and Daniel Jobbins were married, as a way to share their newfound passion for the outdoors. Tikiboo was the result of Faye combining her sales and marketing skills after she and Daniel split in order to launch a business together (as well as her experience as a fitness instructor and an electronics engineer).
With the inability to find an attractive training suit on the market, Faye came up with this idea for a new line of activewear. With the realisation that she was spending more time in her gym clothes than she was doing anything else, fitness enthusiast Faye went on a quest to find something new and exciting in the world of health and fitness.

Faye began buying brightly coloured gym gear from countries such as Brazil and Australia in order to avoid the conventional pink and black gym clothes. This quickly became a prohibitively expensive habit because of the shipping and import fees. When it comes to sportswear, Tikiboo provides a wide assortment that is both visually appealing and a great method to start a conversation with strangers who happen to be passing by. Next an epiphany the following morning, Faye and Daniel agreed to collaborate on the creation of a new line of zany, vibrant leggings for sale in the United Kingdom.
