FACT #3: YOU CAN’T DO IT ON YOUR OWN
The rules of this game are simple: Your friends will have to come and pull you out of the mud, ice, and 10000 volts of electricity. Some of the qualities that they would wish their muzzles to portray during the races and in their every day lives include discipline, commitment and loyalty.

EVEREST
In order to navigate this greased 13-foot quarterpipe, you should run quickly, jump high, and grab for a helping hand.
HOW TO CONQUER
As in the real thing, you need a strategy, some deep breaths, and a team to climb to the top of Everest. You should run up the vertical segment rather than at it, so get in a running start and maintain your foot movement. Focus on a hand that is extended and run towards it. Let the Mudders hoist you up and over at last.
OBSTACLE TRAINING TIPS
It may appear that strength is essential for climbing to the peak, but rest assured, you will have assistance. You must master the running start if you want to succeed. To improve your chances of hitting the incline precisely, you should work on both your running and lower-body explosiveness. Maintain your focus and get your legs moving.
