  • They recommend that visitors pre-purchase admission online and in advance.
  • Open Daily from 10:00am – 6:00pm (hours subject to change). They recommend 1.5 hours to fully experience their interactive exhibits and observatories. Guests arriving at 5:00pm or later will need to proceed through the exhibits at a quicker pace in response their 6:00pm closing time.
  • Elevators must be used to enjoy the full Vue Orleans experience. Their elevators are an intense and thrilling experience that can be unsettling for some visitors. Individuals who are sensitive to simulation experiences or suffer from fear of heights or motion sickness are advised to either close their eyes or face the elevator doors during the 60-second elevator ride to avoid discomfort.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or discounts will be issued for guests that are unable to experience the entire exhibit.
  • Please note that they cannot accept personal checks at the Box Office.
  • Oversized bags and luggage are not allowed in the exhibit. Coat and bag checks are not available.

No animals of any kind are welcome on this property. This policy remains in force regardless of whether the facilities are open or closed to the public. Here are the exceptions: Trusted Support Guests with impairments will be able to get assistance from certified animals and animals in training. Dogs that assist people or are being trained to do so must be at least twelve months old. No animals less than twelve months old will be allowed. As long as a trained handler is present, law enforcement or other authorised assistance animals may accompany their human counterparts on official business.
