Bulk Powders, currently known as Bulk, was founded in a spare bedroom in 2006 by me and a group of friends. We’ve always been here to provide athletes and individuals the extra push they need to succeed. In our opinion, things could and should be different. As a result, we set out to design solutions that would help people get more out of the vitamins they already use, whether they were professional athletes or weekend warriors.
Our mission to revolutionise sports nutrition was born as a result of this. Take a glance behind you today and see what you’ve missed. It all began with a credit card debt from our parents, which grew into one of the world’s most successful active nutrition companies in recent years. In 2021 alone, we expect to distribute more than 10 million fitness and wellness items to consumers. And all of this is just the start. Everybody may benefit from physical activity and healthy eating regardless of their interests or lifestyle.
There may be new opportunities to improve one’s well-being every single day. Thus, we have made it our aim to always provide you with the best nourishment possible. To achieve this, we need to use only the highest-quality ingredients, packaging, and flavours. For this reason, we are able to guarantee the finest possible quality for 80 percent of our Bulk goods. We continue to put openness at the heart of all we do. No matter how little or a much of experience you have with Bulk, we want you to be successful.
Egg White Powder
When it comes to foam stabilisation, powdered egg whites are typically used. They can also be used to add texture to baked goods, such as cookies. When making foams, make sure to hydrate the ingredients in room-temperature or warm liquid before whipping them as needed.
Powdered egg whites are egg whites that have been dried (pure albumen). When the powder is mixed with water, it can be re-constitutioned. Despite the fact that it has been pasteurised, the reconstituted powder whips up like fresh egg whites and can be used without the need to cook or bake it.
The protein found in egg whites may be an excellent choice for people who are allergic to dairy and prefer a supplement containing animal protein. Summary Egg-white protein is high in quality and easily digested — though it may not leave you feeling as satisfied as other protein powders due to its low bulk.

MCT Oil
MCT oil may aid in weight loss by increasing feelings of fullness, fat loss, ketone production, and by improving the environment in your digestive tract. More research is needed to determine the effectiveness of this treatment.
MCT oil and coconut oil are both high-fat oils that contain a lot of saturated fats. MCT oil is a concentrated form of MCTs, whereas coconut oil is derived from coconuts and is a natural source of MCTs in small amounts. Coconut oil and MCT oil have properties that are similar, though each has its own set of advantages and disadvantages.
MCT oil would be considered safe in small doses for the majority of people who are otherwise healthy. If you have a fatty liver or heart disease, I would not recommend it to you because MCTs are still considered fats.
MCTs appear to stimulate thermogenesis, or the production of heat in the body, assisting dieters in their efforts to lose weight and burn fat. Another study found that eating MCTs increased the body’s energy expenditure in overweight men, resulting in them losing weight and losing weight faster.

Diet Pasta
Pasta is included in the Mediterranean Diet, which has been shown in studies to be effective in weight loss, as well as a low-fat diet, a low-carbohydrate diet, and the diet recommended by the American Diabetes Association, among other diets.
WHOLE WHEAT PASTA: Whole wheat pasta comes to the rescue in this situation. It contains fewer carbohydrates than regular pasta and contains a small amount of fibre, which would otherwise be lacking. This also causes you to feel full more quickly, which means you’re less likely to be able to finish that entire generous plate of pasta.
Each serving was approximately the equivalent of half a cup of cooked pasta. Researchers discovered that participants in this experiment actually lost about 0.5kg (1.1lb) over the course of an average follow-up of 12 weeks. According to the findings of the study, pasta did not contribute to weight gain or an increase in body fat.
